1. Every time you dine at our restaurant, you will receive 1 entry form.

2. Just complete the entry form with your information.

3. After your meal, just drop it off at the front counter.

4. Drawing will be held on Mother's Day Starting at 12:00 Noon.

 

To increase your chance of winning, between now and Mother's Day, simply dine at Chen's more frequently and receive 1 entry every time.
